Section 88 Section 88 is located within Region 2 of Alpha Phi Omega and serves the eastern third of New York State (excluding New York City and Long Island). The section chair is Eric Rossman, and there are currently 6 active chapters. What is Alpha Phi Omega? Alpha Phi Omega is a national co-ed service fraternity based on the principles of leadership, friendship, and service.
